Business Development Manager for a leading media agency – London

£42,000-£50,000 Basic salary + OTE + Benefits. * Sales training * High earning potential * Great incentives * Motivated and social working environment My client, is an award winning agency which provides prize and incentive solutions to promote brand’s presence in the marketplace. They are now seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow their client base and upsell on their existing client base. Reporting into the Managing Director you will receive in-house training with the opportunity for high earning potential.

Responsibilities: * To seek out commercial opportunities and new revenue streams. * Drive growth and development of client services. * Selling directly into high level decision makers such as CEO’s and M.D’s. * Submit weekly progress reports into the CRM system. To be a successful Business Development Manager you will have: * Proven sales experience in winning new business. * Client facing experience. * A motivated self starter attitude who wants to be part of a growing business. * A good understanding of consultative selling.
